Exclusion in society. We address the systematic barriers, biases, and challenges that limit the participation and success of individuals from underrepresented groups. Groups that include women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and others who have historically been marginalized within the different fields, deprived of their social rights.
